Italian Green Salad
This simple Italian salad is the only side salad recipe you need. It fits perfectly with any pasta dish and finds good company alongside a roasted chicken or delicate fish dinner.
Ingredients

410 grams corn

410 grams red kidney

400 grams chickpea

350 grams green beans

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp vegetable spice
Method
- Step 1
Blanche green beans for 5 minutes and strain. Set aside - Step 2
On a medium heat pan, sauté red kidney beans and chickpea and add vegetable spice. - Step 3
On a different serving dish, toss your dish with olive oil and add mixed beans. Add green beans and corn. For garnish, add finely chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes.
