Italian Green Salad

This simple Italian salad is the only side salad recipe you need. It fits perfectly with any pasta dish and finds good company alongside a roasted chicken or delicate fish dinner.


  • 410 grams corn
  • 410 grams red kidney
  • 400 grams chickpea
  • 350 grams green beans
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable spice


  • Step 1
    Blanche green beans for 5 minutes and strain. Set aside
  • Step 2
    On a medium heat pan, sauté red kidney beans and chickpea and add vegetable spice.
  • Step 3
    On a different serving dish, toss your dish with olive oil and add mixed beans. Add green beans and corn. For garnish, add finely chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes.
